![]() We have a Satellite internet connection and the modem is working properly. We have followed the instructions from Bigpond to configure the email client but are still having the problems and Telstra technical assistance have not resolved the issue despite spending several hours on the phone with them. We had the same problems with Outlook 2011 for Mac. We are having constant issues with receiving and sending emails on Outlook 2016 for Mac. ![]()
